Media play buttons not working

I just purchased “the New Testament in its world” video resource by NT Wright. 
the videos play fine after I download the media but I can’t click on any of the buttons in the media player like the volume or the button to enter full screen. 
is there any way to fix this? I would not like to watch these videos In a windowed mode.

    Ian, I am sorry to hear that you have been having this problem.

    This is an something we intend to fix in the future.  In the meantime, I do have a suggested workaround.  Open Logos, go to Preferences, and make sure that Program Scaling and Content Scaling are both set to 100%.
