Error Message, "The installation of Logos did not succeed"

When I start Logos, after an hour I get the dialog, "The installation of Logos did not succeed." When I check the Synchronization Icon i receive, "Synchronization is enabled, and all items are up to date." I am running Logos 8 version 8.15.0.004 

I have installed Logos 8 when it first came up as available, and only have this dialog come up for the last 2 weeks. Even as I am typing this the dialog box came up saying, "The installation of Logos did not succeed."

I have added updatelogos.exe to my 'internet applications permissions' in my McAfee Virus Protection. 

I checked my OS. I run Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit and have a Intel(r) Core (TM) i7-8565U @ 1.80GHz and @ 1.99GHz, with 16.0 GB installed memory.
