Logos 9 Crash in Docs Menu
Is anyone else experiencing a crash when you open the Docs menu and then select Group or Public files? I can select Yours (My docs) just fine but when I opt for the other selections Logos 9 immediately crashes and closes.

Logos didn't crash and close on my but it also did not bring up the list of files. I had to restart and try it again several times.

This is what I just experienced. I logged on to the forums to see if anyone else has had this happen. I can't remember how to get logs. It's been a while since I've been a regular Logos user.

Have you upgraded to Logos 9.0 SR-1 - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/195305.aspx
It seems to fix a problem relating to crashing when accessing the Docs menu - although the description isn’t exactly the same as what you are describing

We are aware of the crash and are working on getting a fix out as soon as possible.

This has been fixed in 9.0 SR-2.

Is this fix available for Mac and if so how do I get it? I tried reinstalling from this link but it didn't work. Is there another location to download 9.0 SR-2 for Mac? I can't get my desktop app to work at all. As soon as I start the app it crashes. Logos 9 is completely unusable right now. Please help.

Generally, updates install automatically. Don't mess things up with reinstalls or uninstall unless specific told to do so by customer service. Try opening while holding the control key down, type Update Now into the Universal Input Box and give it time to do its thing. Report back here if this doesn't fix it.

Thanks for the quick reply. Holding the control key down doesn't seem to help. The application doesn't stay running long enough to type Update Now into the Universal Input Box. The application crashes about 3 seconds after it's launched. Any other suggestions?

Holding the command key down at start up seemed to fix the issue. Thank you very much!

Sorry to hear that - but also surprised as the issue was thought to have been fixed in 9.0 SR-2 as per Philana's post above.
Are you running on Windows or Mac?
And can you enable diagnostic logging and post logs after a crash please? Details at https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
