Current situations:

- Library has an export tool: one can "Print/Export..." then select export to either xml, excel, csv files

- there's no easy way to batch edit something in the Library. (batch as in doing something a lot, programmatically)

- there's no way to uniquely identify a title in Library. i.e. there's no search syntax that can confidently land you to one single resource you want, e.g. by specifying the resource ID (LLS:...)

- they repeatedly warned us not to write to the SQLite databases

Solution: add an import tool

How it would work:

1. export to, say, csv

2. edit it somehow (manually, through Excel, program, etc.), say by adding some tags

3. import it back, and the newly changed metadata would propagate back to the Library

P.S. I expect some attributes would be read-only to prevent overwritten by users by mistake, say Subjects. But it would be nice for these to be writable for "User Created" PBB when it makes sense.

Thanks.
