I don't believe it has been "shut down" but notice the copyright date on the website (2010), I don't believe it has received any additional development in the last decade.

Ahhh, I remember Gramcord. It seemed like the main competitor to Bibleworks back in '99 when I bought my first Bible software, for doing textual work.

I used Gramcord for a number of years, but finally had to give up on it when I moved to windows 10. There may have been some workarounds but it didn't run on Windows 10. That is when I decided to move to Bibleworks. I used Logos alongside each of them.
