The layout cards on Dashboard have quit working- can't open them nor delete them.

I am so glad no one else is experiencing this issue- BUT I still am- cannot open layout cannot delete layout- logging is enabled so far no problems showing. In order to remove it off dashboard I literally have to completely delete layout through the layout drop down, or open it through layouts, so in all practicality "dashboard" has become useless.
I use this on 2 separate desktops #1 is operating as it should, #2 is the issue (which is my updated machine- new memory, 2 4t ssd's, etc.).

Whyndell this is just a suggestion on what I would try if I didn't get any better ideas or suggestions. I did something similar to what I am about to suggest, as I could not get any dashboard cards to show up on the web apps for Logos or Verbum. After I did this, most show up (but not all) on the web app - it seems there could be some sync issues etc. going on. Anyway if it was me I would try:
1. Take a picture of how you have your dashboard set up so you can replicate it
2. On the bad desktop (the one you can't do anything with the cards), exit the app. Be sure it sync'd before you try to exit (the little circle in the top right), ie you are not having any communication problems with the servers.
3. On the good desktop, close ALL the cards, so your dashboard is EMPTY. Sync. Exit the app.
4. Restart the good desktop - are all cards still gone? Make sure that at least one sync is done. Exit the app.
5. Restart the bad desktop - are all the cards gone? Exit the app.
6. On the good desktop, add say 2-3 cards. Sync. Open the bad desktop. Do the 2-3 cards show up? Try deleting 1 or 2. Sync. Exit.
7. Open the good desktop - are the deletes you did on the bad desktop what you see on the good desktop? If so, it seems at this point you can delete from either, and things are syncing properly.
If this doesn't work, it may point to a more specific problem.

I'm now having the same issue. Clicking on a dashboard card does not work, but if I click all over it, I may find a "sweet spot" that will actually work and open the card. I've seen the suggestion to rebuild the desktop from scratch--is that really the only solution? I really hope there's an easier way to get this functionality to work again. Thanks!

Philana this sounds like the same problem I was having when 9.2 RC 1 was released. I still have to click cards several times and hunt for the "sweet spot" to get them to work.

I was able to delete some of my cards, but several remain. I've restarted Logos and refreshed too. I'm using the latest version of Logos 10. Any ideas?
