How do I go about turning off the feature, when my mouse hovers over a word in my Bible text that it also highlights every instance of that word on the screen.  TIA.

Hi Steve - and welcome to the forums

This is the Corresponding words visual filter. Note that if you find this useful in some situation, you can set it to work when you click a word as opposed to just hovering over it

That's what we are here for ... most of the questions are simple once you know the answer ... it's the finding and recognizing the answer that's hard.
