Greetings.  I'm working in Logos from my new HP laptop but when I try to create a visual filter, I don't see the option under Docs.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Also I can't see my previous filters.

If you are using the right credentials, then you should be aware that it takes a while for documents to download, index, etc. Do you have good internet? Have you given it appropriate time? Did you double check your credentials? (For example, I have two accounts).

I don't see the option under Docs.

If you dont see visual filters on the left, that would be what I would expect if everything hasn't finished downloading and optimizing. If you don't see "visual filter" as an option under "new," that would indicate that you are perhaps signed into the wrong account.
