Paid for subscription, watermark still remains.

Good morning. I paid for a subscription this morning and my in-house digital signage is still showing a watermark. I have checked my "Manage Subscriptions" and it showing that I have paid for the subscription. I am at a loss as to why it is not working.

Hi Eiric, I'm sorry for the trouble.

Did you happen to try opening and closing Proclaim? I just checked your subscriptions and it looks like everything is fine there, so there could have been some kind of error applying the subscription to your Proclaim installation. We'll investigate this here and see if we can reproduce the problem.

Hello Brandon, I am facing the same issue as Eiric. We have already paid the annual fee for the subscription but the watermark is still there. Our order number is 23731532 which should show our subscription payment for the Proclaim on Air+Pro Media. 

I have tried contacting through phone however the international phone number doesn't seem to work here in Australia. I also emailed this problem but have not received a response yet.
