Replace with Passage (Logos) service not working for Logos 9.3.0.0040 in MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1's

Hi, I use the "Replace with Passage" command almost daily in my Messages (iMessage) app on my Mac.
Or at least I used to and still want to. But in that app nothing happens.
Other keyboard combos don't work, either, though they do work in other Apple apps, like Pages.

Welcome [:D]
Curious if plan to update macOS Big Sur to 11.2.2 ? Also curious about Mac Model ?

Wonder about changing keyboard shortcut for Replace with Passage (Logos) ?
Thread reply => https://community.logos.com/forums/p/197770/1146095.aspx#1146095 includes screen shots showing keyboard shortcut change (due to keyboard combination default for Logos/Verbum conflict with application)

Apologies for my macOS Big Sur 11.2.2 currently being shut down (so hoping to attempt replication after sunset today on a 2019 model 27" iMac while seeing sky lighten up for sunrise).

I can get Replace with Passage to work in Messages, with one addition:
AFTER pressing the shortcut for Replace with Passage, press the CMD-V shortcut to paste. Apparently, pasting is the part that is broken.
It's a little annoying, true, but a pretty simple work-around.

Yeah, I'd mentioned having tried other shortcuts. They all have the same problem.
Thanks!

Thanks, Levi. That works for now. I hope they fix it eventually, though!

Me too! I used to use Replace with Passage in Messages quite a bit, but haven't for a few months so I didn't notice it was broken until your post.

Mistake as it only inserted the verse from my copy passage (Shift-Cmd+J) not the actual verse I was trying to insert: just tried using the "Shift+Command+E", then "Command+V", and the 'Replace passage' feature works with this added keyboard shortcut. Finally, I can get this working in Word again.

I am running Mac OS 11.2.1, Logos 9.3.0.0040, and MSWord 16.46
The replace with Passage service is not working for me. When I use the suggested work-around, it only pastes whatever is on the clipboard.
Any other ideas?
TIA
Dan

MS Word recent update is unfriendly to Text Services => Insert/replace Scripture reference in Word on a Mac no longer working
FYI: macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 Security Update is available.

Yes that is broken for everyone - it’s broken in Microsoft Word. The only workaround that I know of is to turn off automatic updates, delete the Microsoft Word app from your Applications folder and then download and reinstall MSWord 16.43 - The Replace with Passage service will work again. I am hoping that Microsoft will restore the functionality that they broke/removed from Mac services!
