Purchased Resources not showing up in Library

Hello All,

Purchased resources are not showing up in my library. 

1. I purchased "Baptism: A Guide from Lifel to Death" under an incorrect email address and when I spoke with support they told me they would merge accounts. I still do not see this resource and its been more than 48 hrs. 

2. I purchased the Lexham Research Commentaries and owned some of them but not the latest matthew and daniel. I do not see those two items in my library and its been around 24 hours. 

The aforementioned resources are not showing up in my library. I tried rebooting, checking the App online and compared devices and none of them show. Any suggestions? I also keep trying to obtain help from Logos Support via chat and haven't received a reply. I called and get rerouted through their automated system to the forums. Terrible experience. Have been working through this issue since Saturday. Please advise.

Hi Rob, the Daniel and Matthew Lexham Research Commentaries are not live yet according to this page.

The Lexham Research Commentary volumes on Ruth, Daniel, and Matthew are forthcoming. They will automatically download as they are completed.

Did support give any idea how long it would take to merge the accounts? When you look at https://app.logos.com is the "Baptism: A Guide from Life to Death" showing in your library?

I am sorry to hear that you have been having this problem.  I can confirm that your accounts were merged as of yesterday.
