I was going to comment on the fact that the Moffatt New Testament in Logos is typed as a Bible Commentary instead of the seemingly more appropriate Bible type, and ask about changing it, but when I looked closely, I saw that the Moffatt NT in Logos and the Moffatt NT in Wordsearch are completely different works, although they appear to be being treated as if they are the same.

Logos mapped WS Book ID 0:1740 to "The Historical New Testament: A New Translation", which is Moffatt's first translation of the NT:

related Internet Bible Catalog Info:

Title: The Historical New Testament. Being the Literature of the New Testament Arranged in the Order of Its Literary Growth and According to the Dates of the Documents. A New Translation edited with prolegomena, historical tables, critical notes, and an appendix, by James Moffatt, B.D.

Date: 1901. (1st ed. February 1901)
Publisher: Edinburgh, Scotland (U.K.): T. & T. Clark

Matthew 1:1-2 (Logos "Commentary" edition)
1 The birth-roll of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham:
2 Abraham begat Isaac, and Isaac begat Jacob, and Jacob begat Judah and his brothers,

The Wordsearch edition [0:1740], like most electronic editions of the Moffatt Bible, is taken from a later translation first published in 1913:

Title: The New Testament A New Translation by James Moffatt D.D., D.Litt. Yates Professor of New Testament Greek and Exegesis Mansfield College, Oxford
Date: First Edition copyright 1913.
Publisher: Hodder and Stoughton, New York and London
[The WS edition could possibly be a 1917 Revised Edition, or even taken from editions published in 1926 or 1935. It is not the 1901 translation, which is very different in literary tone.]

Sample:
Matthew 1:1-2 (Wordsearch edition)
1 The birth-roll of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. 2 Abraham was the father of Isaac, Isaac the father of Jacob, Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers,

Thanks. We've swapped out the Logos ID for a new ID. We haven't produced the WS version yet but we've added it to the production schedule.
