I've read the product pages of these two Mobile Ed. courses. Just wondering if anyone in the Logos community who has used either (or both) would be willing to share a brief review or a few thoughts.
Thanks.

The Greek 101 course is a full blown Greek course that you would get at a college or seminary. The difference though of what you would learn in a school is the Logos Gk. 101 it is based on Koine system instead of the Erasmus system that is used used in academia. Same principles, but different pronunciation of letters. This has all the memory work attached to it- vocabulary, morphology, etc.
The Greek 181 is learning about Greek by using a reverse interlinear. No memory work. Think of Mounce's "Greek for the Rest of Us" on electronic bible study steroids. It is made for Logos users who do bible study in English. It is designed to help one follow the language arguments in the better commentaries (their claim, not mine)
So 101 you learn the language- to read and pronounce the Greek text and able to use commentaries where the Greek is not always transliterated. 181 you are totally reliant on an interlinear and using visual filters to see the morphology. I am not for or against either way. It just depends on what you want to use it for.
Thank you Lonnie for sharing this information. And thank you MJ for bumping the post.

I'll chip in here. Both...you want and need both. Hebrew, too. Whether you get it from these particular resources is up to you, but both methods are helpful and needful.
