I just deleted and reloaded my mobile app because most of my resources were deleted. Within a week it did it again. What could be causing the problem. I had about 150 resources out of over a thousand downlloaded. This time I am keeping it under 60. Hopefully this helps. I only have HughesNet so I like to have as many as possible downloaded. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles.

I have not heard of resources going rogue. What is the status of your storage space on your device?

I have 56 gig of storage left on my iPhone.

Sorry but I am an android user. BUT is the 56 gig on your main storage or on your SD card? And is the app running off the main storage or off the SD card? [sometimes makes a lot of difference on an android device. but I am not sure about the iPhone]

iOS devices do not have any external storage (i.e. SD cards), so it is all "internal" storage.
I have not heard of resources being deleted. I asked about storage space because that is the only internal reason I could think of a healthy iOS device to have resources go missing.
If we assume your device is healthy, then I would start to look at your desktop installation. Did you know that you can control which resources are downloaded on your mobile device from your desktop installation? My next guess would be that you possibly deleted the resources by removing them from your mobile device on your desktop app.
Thanks! Will try to be more useful next time.

Another user was a slow Net connection recently made a report on the forums similar to the OP. The problem was solved by forcing the mobile app to ever-so-slowly sync in full.

Could be something with my connection speed but these were already downloaded. I waited until the little indicator at the top of the screen quit moving. Had this happen years a and was told that I had too many res downloaded. I think I had about 150 on that iPad. Haven’t had any issues in years until last week. I bought an NLT Bible and couldn’t get it to download on my newer iPad. It loaded perfectly on my iPhone and laptop. Then all of sudden my resources disappeared from my iPhone. Something about that might have been the initial problem but not sure what did it.

Yes, this was the case for the other user as well.

You win some, you lose some. At least you tried.

Are you thinking the downloads were aborted?
They were gone. I tried everything to access them and only found 2 resources.

No. I'm thinking that somebody else recently reported the same problem and that me recommending the same thing that worked for that other person has generated more objections than I expected.
