The Vocabulary of the Greek Testament (Moulton & Milligan)

Had a question, how exactly would I use this resource? Is it like a lexicon or what? Wanted to know before I brought it.

As I understand it, this resource came about because of and after the discovery of the Oxyrhynchus Papyri. It wasn't the original intention of the authors to build a lexicon but a lexicon they very well built.
The BDAG references it over 4,000 times for further study so it makes a great addition.

If you use the Logos search box and the book name, the Logos blog did an excellent write up on 'M&M' a while back. I use it, and it's become one of my favorites, since the words are shown in actual quotes from papyri of the same general period. It gives it some 'reality' to the usage, and quite often the usage makes you chuckle. Typically there may be 2-3 examples of usage, so it's mainly a supplement to the larger lexicons.

I included it in a collection with my other Greek lexicons and then check M&M through parallels resources. It should also be available from the right click menu (see screenshot). This also works from an English translation that has an Interlinear (sorry George). I have M&M's priority set just below BDAG.

Yeah, the links to M-M in BDAG seems kinda pointless, pointing only to the lists that tell you what the abbreviation is. I understand why it is, but it doesn't get you very far.
The best thing you can do is right click on the Greek headword in BDAG and then select M-M to jump to its article.

While there may not be good links between BDAG and M&M and while BDAG does reference M&M, I still find it quite useful. As regarding links, all that is necessary is to first open BDAG to the word desired and then open M&M which will open to the same word unless M&M doesn't cite it. In spite of the numerous references to M&M in BDAG, it is helpful to read the papyri cited by M&M which BDAG generally doesn't do.
