Notes displayed in Notebook view are nearly as good as the old Noteboooks, that I still use so  extensively. that indenting notes is an almost essential feature to help arrange them in a usuable way.

However, is it correct that Noes displayed in Notebook view cannot be indented? Is so than is it possible to have the facility to INSERT A BLANK SPACE inbetween the Resource code name and the Test of the Noteheading? Then the text of the note headings can be stacked and some effectively indented?

Does this make explanation and request make sense?

can it be done?

many thanks

Michael I don't know if this would be helpful or not but I've kind of adapted a system from using Evernote which is stuck in alphabetical sort for notebooks.

I do a Category Name -- Note Name.  In other words

Sermon - Hold the Rope

Study - Baptism

Study - Dispensations

Obviously, you could do any variation you like.

Like I said, I don't know if it would help you but it has helped me gather my notebooks together visually a little better.

Hello, Michael:

I use several kinds of indenting in the Notes tool.

First, there in the Outdent and Indent tools at the top of the Note panel:

Second, if you use the Numbering tool to make numbered paragraphs (1. 2. 3.), you can indent subparagraphs using the Indent tool to achieve a result like this:

1. Paragraph

    a. subparagraph

    b. subparagraph

2. Paragraph    (Use the Outdent tool to push this back so that subparagraph c. becomes paragraph 2.)
