Logos is Horribly BROKEN and Loaded with BUGS (Mobile) ***URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED***

I'm going to document the multiple user feature failures I am encountering in both Logos Mobile and Logos Desktop. Many of these issues consist of once present features that have vanished, some of which are basic functionality, meaning the program DOES NOT WORK if they are not present. Most of this has been noticed since L9 came out. Most will be associated with Notes, since that one of my most utilized features. This list just keeps getting longer and longer the more areas of the program I explore. Some of these issues are localized to either Mobile or Desktop, while others seem to cross that barrier.

In Notes, fonts that are included in the input window are ignored in the note pop-up.

The input window is on the right...the pop-up is on the left. The font in the pop-up is wretched and hard to read. This BUG appears to occur in both Mobile and Desktop.

I may make another post for this later, but in general the MAJORITY of formatting that I have created in my notes spanning about a dozen years has VANISHED from my notes. This is an is unequivocal disaster for my work flow and user experience. I feel like I've been robbed.

Well, you have to admit, it caught your eye! Kind of like nails on a chalkboard. And no bad words, so there's that. We do need to manage everyone else, else what might happen ... we'll be accessories after the fact! Our theology: judge or be judged.

But more seriously, Logos does have a penchant for sitting on issues for years. Carefully avoiding a bug reporting system ("Put BUG:" on the title! ... maybe someone might see it ... or not. Weekly, MJ comes in and sweeps up the 'not'.

I'm thinking Mr Paul should head for the Feedback tombs, where his issues can await another feedback burial system.

Why should I ask hat-in-hand for functionality that I've paid ~$40K for?

This issue is specific to Mobile because of how Notes work in that OS. For longer notes, there is a scroll bar that allows the user to scroll through the note to the end. It is at the bottom of the note that the Edit Note option appears as a hyperlink. Clicking it takes you to the Note entry/edit window. The problem I'm having is that a significant number of my notes in Mobile are "locked" and refuse to scroll. This means I not only cannot see the complete note, but I cannot engage the Edit Note function to even see the portion of the note not visible. I'm not sure exactly how many notes have this problem, but I would guess approximately 10%, but possible more. This is an OBVIOUS BUG.

David, I am sorry to hear of the frustration that you have been experiencing.

Please send us your logs.  If you are experiencing this problem on more than one mobile device, please send logs from each affected device.
1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem”
