On page 406 the author refers to "the following diagram". I can't find the diagram anywhere. Is it somehow hidden, or did Logos fail to include it in the resource?
It is missing (the other diagrams in the book seem to be present) - report it as a typo, I will do the same and hopefully other users as well.
