Bought NASB in Android, not showing up on desktop (Windows)

I purchased the New American Standard Bible on my Android Logos App last night.  When I went to continue some study on the desktop app today, the NASB is NOT showing up in my library.  I looked on my phone again, and it is in the library there.  Do I need to sync the two somehow??  Any insight as to how to proceed would be most welcome.

Type "Update Now" in the comand line of your desktop app, it should force a download.

Syncing doesn't work that way. You don't sync licenses or data from one device to another... you sync it to the cloud.

This is a question concerning the desktop app, so it is best handled in that forum. A moderator can move it there if you would like. The only question that relates to mobile is to make sure that you are using the same account. As long as that is the case, than trouble shooting begins on the desktop side. 

Are you using the L9 engine? "update now" is a good suggestion. If it doesn't work, let us know.

  Thank you for the suggestion.  Unfortunately, the desktop app indicated "No Updates Found" - and the problem still exists.

JD,

  Thanks for your thoughts and insights as well.  I am using Logos 9.  I suppose this thread should be moved to the desktop forum.  Can you do that?  If not, who do I contact to make that happen?

And, one more piece of information, I just logged into the logos 9 Web App.  I see all of the purchases I've made from the desktop app in the web app library.  I do not see the NASB I bought from my android device in the web app library.  Further, I see all of my purchased books from the desktop app on the android app.  Mot sure if any of this matters, but it might help debug the issue.

Thanks again for your help.  Looking forward to some ideas on how to fix this still...

Please post a screenshot (use the paperclip icon in a reply to this thread) showing these values in Program Settings (this is accessible from the three dots menu at the top right of the Logos window):

SO, short answer, the issue is resolved.  I went to look at my account / purchase history.  The NASB was not in the purchase history.  I pulled up the NASB on my Android device, and it worked fine.  With the NASB open in the Mobile App, I found a menu entry under the three dots called "Book Info".  When I clicked that, there was a paragraph in faint grey text indicating the book is only available online until I complete a purchase of the resource.  So, apparently, I had abandoned my purchase - but was able to still use the book on Android.  I was confused, but no longer.  I completed the purchase and everything is working as I would expect.

Thank you all for your patience and insight.  Please forgive my error and lack of tech savvy-ness.
