When trying a right click search for "grace" (such as "χάριν" in Gen 6:8) in the LXX* the following comes up: <Lemma = lls/el/ξάρις>

Shouldn't it be: <Lemma = lls/el/χάρις> ?

It seems like the chi was switched with an xi.

(Though I am no Greek scholar.)

*This includes: Rahlfs' LXX, Septuagint with Logos Morphology

Which resource or tool are your right clicking in? A screenshot might help.

EDIT: Welcome to the forums, Douglas! /EDIT

Douglas Aldrich:

actually in the cases where I tried this, it always came up with <Lemma = lbs/el/χάρις>

EDIT: yes: the issue is there in the Septuagint/LLX with Gramcord morphology LLS:1.0.301 (which I understand to be deprecated)

Thanks, NB.Mick.

Douglas, Rahlfs' "Septuaginta: Morphologically Tagged Edtion" has been superseded by Rahlfs' "Septuagint with Logos Morphology". You can click the following link, or paste it in the Go box of your application to open that resource: https://ref.ly/logosres/logoslxx?ref=BibleLXX.Ge6.8

The expected lemma shows up in the newer resource.

We recommend hiding the old resource.
