I've had the Logos Mobile App on my iPad for many years, but rarely used it. I found it clumsy and unintuitive. Last week i watched Morris Proctor's free webinar on the Mobile app, and i was amazed at all the abilities hidden away in the app and the many powerful features. I would never have figured out half of the things i learned in that 40 minutes. I've now gone through Camp Logos for Mobile App on Mo's Online Seminar site. The lessons are very thorough, and go for more than 4 hours. I'm extremely impressed!

I want to thank Logos for packing so much into this app, even if it is extremely unintuitive, and i want to thank Morris Proctor for his course on using all the features. Mo's class gave me a new powerful and portable way to do things.

I got into the Mobile App early... and like you I am amazed at what all can be done in the mobile app. It's almost like having my desktop in my hand! This is one of the things that sold me on Logos. Love it!

Ok it's true! I was already sold on it... but if I hadn't been experience with the universal clipboard would have done the job.

Sadly, well said. It is very powerful and you can get a lot done, but it's often confusing and so can take a lot of effort to get over that initial learning curve. I guess that's Logos in general! Home page is kind of a home page, but then it has back arrows to go to your opened resource, which acts much more like a home page than the actual home page in the sense that it's the fall back to place. I often find myself flipping around things I did not intend to. That said, I hope they spend some effort to make it a bit more intuitive, while preserving the power and functionality.

I've started watching Mo's mobile videos too. I use Android and his videos are on the iPad. I couldn't help but notice the differences in the two systems. Is there a forum thread discussing the differences between the Android and iPad apps?

Not that would fall within the forum rules.

However pushing the boundaries, if you want to be in control (and have the time and the patience and the purchasing acumen) then go Android/Windows.

If you want an off the shelf solution that just works go Apple.

This would be helpful, I can see that the Android app is inferior in comparison (android user here)

I rode horses...  no walking ..  great! Then learned to ride a bicycle... thought that was amazing. Then learned to drive a tractor.... and thought WOW!   then learned to drive a car... Yep... Wow again.

But each one had a learning curve...  I have never flown an airplane...  but I think the learning curve is greater...

While Logos and the Mobile App does have a learning curve....  I am enjoying the benefits of going through that learning curve and being able to have such tools to help me tremendously in my time to research and find things for what I do.   Simply amazing!! But as with most things.... "No pain no gain"...   lol
