Hopefully they'll fix this as a service release because this is highly inconvenient. Regular books have this problem too, no page number references are showing. (I do recall that some books always had this problem, but most books showed the page number references. Now it looks like none of my books show the page number references in the concordance.)

The bug was definitely introduced within the last few months. I ran a concordance on a book that I didn't own before the end of July and made my latest highlight in at the end of August (40 Questions about the End Times). It was in my "recent" dropdown list of concordances I have run. I know there were page numbers at that time because I was using the concordance heavily to navigate the resource. There are now no page numbers.
Also, here is a screenshot I captured of the NA28 for a forum post in December 2020 (has page number references):
and here is the same screenshot now (no page number references):
EDIT: My latest concordance on a regular book was run on August 23/24, 2021. So this was not a problem in Logos 9.7 SR-1. I have run bible concordances since then (I rerun my concordances for my top bibles every time there's a dataset update), but I haven't actually used the bible concordances for anything recently so I can't verify whether this problem was introduced in 9.8 or 9.9. I suspect 9.9 because someone would have probably noticed and reported it before now.
CORRECTION: My last concordance on a regular book was run on November 2/3, 2021. This was not an issue then either, I remember because I was looking for citations of Bart Ehrman books and I would have noticed this issue had it been the case at the time. This is definitely a 9.9 problem because we would have still been on 9.8 SR-2 at that point.

This has been fixed in 9.10 Beta 4.

I am having the same issue. I thought it was a program setting, so it now makes sense that it is a program bug.

Darrin,
It sounds like you are actually on the stable version of Logos. This fix will ship to non-beta users when 9.10 ships to stable users.
