Crash: When unhiding a hidden resource - replicable
Logos 9.10 Beta 2 (9.10.0.0006); Windows 11 (with 11th Generation i7 and Intel Iris Xe Graphics)
Replication:
- Opened Program Settings
- Expanded Hidden Resources
- Scrolled down and found the NASB Paragraph Version (or apparently any other resource)
- Clicked on the "X" to unhide the resource
- Logos Crashed
Logs:
2475.Logos_Hidden_Resources_Crash.zip
I tried it with a different hidden resource and it crashed again using the same steps above.
NOTE: 20 minutes after unhiding the NASB Paragraph Version, it is still it is "Downloading" when I look at the information pane in the Library and when I try to open the resources - it says "This resources hasn't been downloaded yet ..." and shows a status of "Downloading". (This condition continued for over 30 minutes after unhiding the resource.)
See Post HERE for the downloading problem.

I replicated the crash in Windows 10. The crash log showed the same error 4914

After Logos was restarted, the former 'hidden' resource was listed under "Not on this device" with options to Download and Hide this resource. I managed to hide it without any problem.
The subsequent restart log showed recovery from many DB files. I enclose the log in case it may be of interest.
Cloud Resource Manager lists 13 resources as in transition and tries to download them (12 are Hidden resources and 1 was a monthly Connect from March 2020). This fails so Update Manager is called. It recognises only 7 as being hidden and also fails!?
So I deleted the CloudResourceManager and UpdateManager folders to fix this.

I didn't do that for a download issue, though, as my resource was safely in "the cloud". I did it for the internal issue that I explained above.
