The birthday program was still in effect as late as last month. Mine was the 12th of last month, and I received the email on the 1st or 2nd. But, mine has come from the Logos German store for the past 3-4 years; not sure why. So, check your various email folders for non-English emails. I believe I have read others noting theirs came from different non-English stores.

I emailed Faithlife and they sent mine the following day. They did note that it definitely needed to be used by the end of the month. I never found any emails in German or in my spam folder.
