Suggestion: More powerful pattern for selecting a Visual Filter

This suggestion came from http://community.logos.com/forums/p/16999/154361.aspx#154361
ie. provide an optional context
that comes before and comes after the target match.
For example, an "invented" pattern of the form /pre/match/post/ to look for "fox" after "brown"
Pattern: /brown/fox//
Format: || Green highlight ||
Text: The quick brown fox jumped, or did the other fox push him?
Result: The quick brown fox jumped, or did the other fox push him?
Also allow the context (brown) to be highlighted with a
different format.
For example:-
Pattern: fox WITHIN 2 words brown
Format: || Green highlight | brown text ||
Text: The quick brown fox jumped, or did the other fox push him?
Result: The quick brown fox jumped, or did the other fox push him?

So Dave....just so I understand...
You're asking that in a visual filter such as "Jesus NEAR said" that the two terms have the ability to be highlighted differently though they are part of the same filter?

Yes! And that includes not highlighting "said".
