Can't login into W/S

Does anyone know of a work around, I've been using WS and Logos. This morning I tried to log into WS and I'm getting an error stating I need to enter my email and Password. Still can't log in after confirming both. I called logos and they have no clue on what to do. I didn't change anything on my end prior to today.

Somehow your PC lost your stored login information. Unfortunately, the Wordsearch servers no longer exist to validate your login so you can't re-activate Wordsearch.

If you have a backup, try restoring the information in:

C:\ProgramData\WORDsearch\Global Data\
C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Wordsearch 12

It looks like the data associated with the ActiveUserID is stored in

C:\ProgramData\WORDsearch\Global Data\LocalLogins.db3
C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Wordsearch 12\Wordsearch 12.ini

You will not be able to download the app and you will not be able to download your books to Wordsearch.

If you have a copy of ws10setup.exe you can try to re-install Wordsearch 10 since it did not require a login. However, some newer books may not be recognized properly.
