Compared to the Windows version, in mac I cannot locate where to enter Logos commands
Compared to Windows, Files, Guides, Tools, Layouts, and Help moved to Apple's menu bar:
Sync now is a Logos command.

Did KS4J hit the nail on the head or did you mean entering commands in the command bar?
KS4J handled that too, in the illustration and the sentence below it.
I don't know how to enter commands such as "update resources". The Windows version on video has a different layout it seems. Thanks.
No, it works pretty much the same as in the Windows version. The command box is toward the top left. Click in it and type your command. You may need to wait for the drop-down menu to appear before you press enter.
Double checking the Windows version, I see where some of the confusion might be. The File, Guides, and Tools menu are shown to the left of the Command bar in the Windows version. This is not the case for the Mac version, since those menus have been moved to the Mac menu bar at the very top of the screen.

Wiki has list of Logos commands => http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Commands
Very nice illustration, KS4J!
