Eventbrite and Partner Coupons don't work
I have received multiple coupons that don't work. None of the Eventrbrite and partner coupons work. I know we were told that we only had one chance to get 30% off, but in the past, all Eventbrite coupons had nothing to do with any previous purchases. If you watched a webinar and used the coupon code given in the webinar, it worked. Before Logos 10, I have redeemed several coupons in a single month. If a webinar host introduced me to a resource and I wanted it, I was able to use the coupon code supplied to purchase it.
Should I ignore every single coupon code that is flooding my e-mail box? Are they ALL programmed NOT to work? If so, when will Eventbrite and partner coupons work again? I am confused more than complaining. I don't have time to keep filling my cart for nothing. And some of us are going to stop watching the webinars if we think the coupon coded won't work.

Kathleen, we're sorry to hear about the difficulties. We'd love to look into what may be happening with the coupons you had tried. Could you give me one of the codes you had attempted to use, and what you had in your cart with the coupon applied?

I am comfortable posting coupon codes and links here, but was worried that I was not allowed to do that. Here are two codes that I am certain did not work for me.
I know that one of the things that I tried to buy was the Kurusso package with this one. I think I also tried the Capitol package, and then maybe Logos 10 standard Gold just to see what would happen.

I just tried this one again. The coupon shows a green check mark, but the price of the Kerusso package does not change.

The L10EKBAILEY1022 coupon would be for you first purchase of a Logos 10 package. If you had already purchased any 10 packages, it would not be able to actually apply the discount, but it will still see the code as legitimate, as it is a working code. This is why you would see that green check mark for it when entering it.The PARTNEROFFER10 coupon would have the same restriction for its 30% discount as well, but it does provide an extra 15% off any additional Logos 10 Libraries you may be looking to purchase.
I've gone ahead and emailed you directly in regards to this as well, to help make sure you get everything these coupons were meant to offer.

When will the Eventbrite coupons start working again? This is new for me. I have never had an Eventbrite coupon not work. I waited for the Kerusso event to decide if I wanted to purchase the Kerusso package, assuming the coupon would work for it. I decided that I did want to purchase it, and attempted to use the exact procedure that I have used so many times.
I understand that Faithlife needs to make a profit. I understand that you all are so busy that you must be exhausted. I have gotten some amazing deals! We are in this together. I am not complaining. I just don't understand the new rules for the Eventbrite coupons. Something has changed and I don't know the new rules. Not knowing the new rules is making it difficult for me to plan my purchases.
Each Eventbrite coupon gave a percentage off a list of packages. This percentage exceeded the current sale, or offered some type of discount if there was no current sale. Each code only worked one time, but each event had its own code. None of the current Eventbrite coupons change the price of anything for those that have already purchased Logos 10. For how long will Eventbrite coupons have no effect on the contents of our carts?

Kathleen, I think the rule is that the bigger launch discounts are only good for your first purchase of a Logos 10 package, after which the discount drops to 15%. I believe that this was implemented in Logos 9, actually, to mitigate the incentive to climb the ladder of packages for better discounts. They wanted to give a one-time package that would outweigh the differences from package to package.

I wrote a lot and decided to delete it. The general rule is that we are not supposed to supply coupon information here. I am uncomfortable breaking that old established rules even to ask for the new rules to be explained to me.
I am just going to 100% stop all purchasing until things settle down, unless it becomes impossible for me to complete a school assignment without it.
