Another tip of the day (TOTD) series for Logos/Verbum 10. They will be short and often drawn from forum posts. Feel free to ask questions and/or suggest forum posts you'd like to see included. Adding comments about the behavior on mobile and web apps would be appreciated by your fellow forumites. This tip is based on a forum rant I don't wish to highlight.
Some of the drop-down/flyout menus can be resized and will retain the new size the next time you open the menu. Rather than having separate controls for horizontal and vertical resizing, they have a dark triangle in the lower right corner. (I think of it as a dog-ear as in a paper book.) Hover on the triangle to get the standard Windows double headed arrow, grab, and resize as you chose.
