Replicated thread => Discourse Features and Propositional Outline Visual Filters in Dark Mode using Logos 24.0.7 on macOS Monterey 12.6.3

Propositional Outline Visual Filter has a lighter shade (more contrast), which is easier to read in Dark Mode.

    Thread => Blue Text - Please Fix! has a similar issue where resource text color is hard to read in dark mode.

    Dark Blue on White background is easy to read. Light Blue on Dark background is easy to read.
