Just tried it. Both the file name link and orange download buttons worked for me. Do you have java enabled?

Javascript is functioning. I am using Firefox 3.6.8. Since you said it was working, i tried it in IE 8 and it did work. For some reason it works in IE and not Firefox.
Thanks for letting me know the links were working.

firefox does not seem to be working for me either.
I have tried Safari but that freezes as well.
All appears to download well then it as if the connection is terminated or timed out. I wonder if it is related to the links coming from the accounts page.
Suggestions as to how to download them (and hopefully future updates) would be welcome!
BTW. I am using a Mac. IE is not available (or desirable!)

When I was using Firefox I found I had to use one of the download add-ons with downloads of some files. That is one of the reasons I went back to IE. You may want to consider googling firefox downloads and select a free add-on option (there are quite a few of them.
If nothing works, or if you prefer not to download add-on software, you can wait until the completed update DVD's are distributed. Bob P indicated in a post not long after the release of these videos that they were going to have improved DVD's produced, packaged and shipped at no cost to those who had ordered the orginal set.

Works for me in FireFox (windows version).
- In Logos site (www.logos.com), click on My Account
Click on the History tab
- Find your order for Learn to use Biblical Hebrew and Greek
Click on the order number - When the order for shows up, look for the 2 links for updates.
Click on one of the links. - A pop-up window will appear.
Click on Save file - Click the OK button.
- FireFox will open the download window.
These files are large and may take several minutes (or more depending on your internet connection). - When the download is complete, right click on the new file in the download window.
- In the pop-up menu select Open containing folder.
9a. Windows opens the folder in Explorer. - Click on Date Modified to have it sort with newest files on top.
- Double click on the file that you just downloaded.
(the file you downloaded is a Zip file, double clicking has windows open the zip file) - Now Explorer shows you the contents of the zip file.
Move this file (by copy/pasting) to the folder on your hard drive where you saved the DVD files on your hard drive.
Or put it in a new folder where you can find it so that you can play it.
