The link A to Factbook doesn't appear to link it to anything ... at least I get no Factbook content.
In the Passage Study Layout, Factbook is in link set A along with all of the Bibles and the Commentary. However, because Factbook only has pages for pericopes, not individual verses, navigation in Factbook is only going to happen if you load the layout with a verse range matching a pericope (or select such a range in the linked Bible).
We should possibly have Factbook initialize to the first pericope that contains the verse being loaded though. I've created a case to consider that.
