unlimited atonement in John
I am trying to find all verses in John's Gospel that relate to unlimited atonement. How can I do this using Logos? I have searched but cannot find anything.

I searched for unlimited atonement NEAR "John's Gospel" and got no hits. Any advice from the forumities.

I suggest you run a Factbook Tags search on topic:="Unlimited Atonement" and see if you have any books that talk about it. If so, see where they take you. I know you are looking for references to this in John's Gospel but, if there are any, hopefully these types of articles will point you towards them.

There isn't any mechanism to change the order - but once an option, such as Factbook Tags is selected, it shows on the top row of options.
And you can see more options if you make the search panel wider.
