Book production issue: Max Lucado

In tracking down why Max Lucado does not appear in the Bible Study Builder despite being what I think of as a well-known author in the area, I discovered his books have space for writing in an answer but no actual input box. Examples:Lucado, Max. Life Lessons from the Inspired Word of God: Book of 1 Corinthians. Inspirational Bible Study Series. Dallas, TX: Word Pub., 1997. and Lucado, Max. Life Lessons from the Inspired Word of God: Book of Genesis. Inspirational Bible Study Series. Dallas, TX: Word Pub., 1997.

The LifeGuide Bible Study series appears to be missing many Bible indexes - I only checked the first few of the > 120 volumes I own.

The Utley series is missing but it has Bible index and input boxes ... again I checked just a couple Utley, Bob. Deuteronomy. Study Guide Commentary Series. Marshall, TX: Bible Lessons International, 2008.

This book Richards, Lawrence O. The Teacher’s Commentary. Wheaton, IL: Victor Books, 1987. is strange as only one table has input fields. The base questions are not included.

Other Genesis study guides not showing up:

Thanks. Most of these are already in process of being updated but I added a couple of resources to the list.

I'm going to wait for the next major push of data to continue to check for completeness and usefulness,
