BUGS: Two errors in Bible Study Builder

I know. You built in these bugs just to see how long it would take me to complain:

1. BUG: there are no BSB questions for the deuterocanonical books. At least Ponessa, Joseph L., and Laurie Watson Manhardt. Exile and Return: Tobit, Judith, Esther, Ezra, Nehemiah, 1 and 2 Maccabees. Come and See: Catholic Bible Study. Steubenville, OH: Emmaus Road Publishing, 2013. should appear

2. BUG: generated questions misunderstood the range Tobit-Ps 151 as 2 books rather than 15 (yes, I should have remembered it is a bit longer Tobit-4 Maccabees but the error is the same.

So, I have gotten around to reporting the error. Rest assured I will repeat the test on each update until it works correctly.
