Logos Hangs

Hi,

Since this morning, the newest Logos Beta on MacOS frequently hangs for me when I have have floating windows. I cannot scroll in the floating window, then sometime also the scrolling in the main window stops. The dropdown menu "Window" does not show that there is a floating window.

Any idea on how to fix this?

I don't have any solutions, but can confirm the bug.

Do you have Search open? That seems to be the culprit when my installation becomes unresponsive. Do not have logs at the moment, as I don't want to mess with my devotions layout.

Opened a layout which contains a floating search window. Now, all windows become non-responsive. Here are the logs:

When the layout opened, focus was on a floating window containing a book I am reading. That window remains active; I can select chapters from the Table of Contents, and I can scroll. However, I cannot select another resource. This is what I mean by non-responsive.

Great. It seems that once a layout with the Search panel open is loaded, even layouts without Search are corrupted.

Great. It seems that once a layout with the Search panel open is loaded, even layouts without Search are corrupted.

In our testing, any time that there was a floating window with multiple panels in it, the floating window would become unresponsive. We are working on a fix now.
