New Wiki Page on identifying updates

It needs a bit of work I think but here's a quick and dirty wiki page on how to figure out what is updating....

An update is downloading, what is it

Make any additions or corrections in the spirit of wikiness.  :-)

After you apply the update check the date modified of files in the Resources folder - usually current date.

Mark Which SQL browser are you using?  I've snagged one from Sourceforge but it won't represent tables (odd)

I use SQLite 2009 Pro, which is freeware (scroll down the page to see it). It's slightly buggy (on some big tables columns get out of sync), but it works for this.
