Bug: 4.1 RC2 Smart Tag Changes Layout's CBV Window Size & Location

My layouts include an open CBV window to make reduce keystrokes (in lieu of L3's system tray icon for CBV). Each time I use L4.1 RC2's CBV, the size & location of my defined CBV window is changed. It's almost as if my layout's window is deleted & a new window created. Each new window created appears to be placed at the same pre-defined screen location & sized to the same preset size .

If I resize & position the new window, the next use of a Smart Tag to invoke CBV will delete the new resized / located CBV window & establish yet another new window at the same size & place.

This behavior is unexpected & appears to be a bug.  

In addition to maintaining the layout's size & location for the CBV window, I'd also like to switch the focus to the CBV window. Though the window comes up "blinking", the focus remains in Word.
