Opening page is a small box

When I first open Logos Mac the home page is a small box. I can stretch it out, but this is the first time it has opened like this. Is there something I can do to get it to open correctly?
Thanks
Cheryl

Wonder about Logos 4 Mac version ? Issue should be fixed in 4.10.4.6104 release (Fri 8 Oct).

This happens to me too. Next time I will try and do a screen capture. Does anyone else have this problem?

This happens to me when I close Logos while on my 24" monitor, then reopen Logos after disconnecting the monitor and Logos opens on my laptop screen.

It happened this morning. This time, it was not a cold opening of logos, but rather I loaded a snapshot layout. As I said before, this also happens sometimes when I first open Logos.

Welcome to the forums! Congrats on finding this old post! As you can tell, I never did get an answer, but it was not high on my priority list, so I never followed up. Most of the time you can get a fairly quick answer from someone on the boards.
I don't know of any solutions yet. I wonder if it is fixed in the soon-to-be-released 4.3?

I should have asked: What are your Mac and OS specs?

Let's hope so! I'm a new Logos user and, as I'm sure you know, eager to start using the program. Unfortunately, I have spent the last two days installing the program, downloading what seems like an infinite number of updates, and indexing. Hopefully that'll all finish soon so I can really start digging in.
Thanks for the reply!

I found this to happen as well until I open a full screen custom layout. Then I close all my resources and the program. It reopens in full screen where it was last positioned. A possible work around?

Thanks for the suggestion, Paul. I'll see if that is a viable workaround for me.
