Where is my Libronix ID

I've purchased Logos 4 for Mac and am told on the order summary page that I need to confirm my Libronix ID to "Unlock my Order." I've installed the application, but there is no reference to Libronix anywhere in the application. Where do I get this Libronix ID from?

So far all I have is an empty shell of an application.

I was also asked for a Libronix ID when I tried to purchase a Logos 4 base package, even though I've never owned Logos before in my life. I had to hunt around the site just to figure out how to add a package to my cart.

I am so frustrated.

If you're logged on to the Logos website, click on "My Account" on the upper right.

You'll find your Libronix ID down in the bottom center of your main account page:

Sorry for the confusion you are experiencing. Instead of 'Libronix' Logos should be using more up-to-date terminology.

At any rate your ID (Libronix or otherwise) is your email address that you used when you purchased Logos 4. Give that a try.

    Thanks for the reply.

I've actually already checked the My Account page and the space below Libronix Customer ID is totally blank.

I'm wondering if this is any issue because I created a Logos account a couple years ago to subscribe to the Bible Study Magazine, but have never purchased any software, until now.

Thanks Mark, I've tried my email address and it says that ID is "not found."

Is this Libronix ID hidden in the new software under a different name?

I'm a software engineer, so I can usually figure this stuff out on my own, but this has me totally baffled.

I haven't needed my Libronix ID for years, so I cannot think of any other place it is recorded.

When Logos 4 opened did it prompt you for a user name and password? Is
this when you discovered you needed more information than you had?

If you are able to open Logos check the Help>About Logos4 screen. Is there a 'Licensed to:' entry there? (I suspect there isn't).

This really shouldn't be a problem. Logos sells and people install their software every day. I wonder, did you receive (or did your spam filter block) another email from Logos with your account information or ID?

If you can't get this working tonight, a call to Customer Support tomorrow will get things cleared up.

I'm thinking this is going to require intervention by a support rep. I'll follow up here, when this is (hopefully) resolved, in case others have a similar problem.

I was able to look up your Libronix ID, and I've sent it to the e-mail you have on file with us.

Thanks David. I actually got this worked out early this morning with a Logos support rep. They had to generate that Libronix ID for me manually. I guess it was supposed to be auto-generated during my online, order but wasn't.

After the ID was generated I had to logout of the software then log back in to get it to recognize the new ID. After that everything worked fine.
