I too have had the metadata problem, but this is a different one...

I have Logos on my desktop computer at home, my laptop, and my church office. And yes, I am the only user on all three, before you start thinking I am a one-eyed pirate.

On the home and laptop, the two new volumes downloaded fine. On my church computer, nothing. I restarted and used the "update resources" command several times. No download.

Any ideas, people smarter than me?

I can't tell you why they are not downloading, but you could copy the two missing resources manually.

copy them to a flash drive or cd and then

insert the drive or cd into your church computer.

Start L4 and type scan:enter the drive path (e.g. scan:d:\) in the command box

Close L4 and then restart the program

Logos should then scan the drive you specified and load any licensed resources that are missing from your library.

Thanks Fred!

It worked. I have never had this problem before on any of my L4 installations.

The metadata is still missing, but Logos probably already knows that.

Thanks again!

I have seen several posts regarding the metadata issue. I am sure they are working on it.
