Download Zip files seem to require Stuffit Expander
After struggling with errors trying to unzip the new LearnToUse files, I found that Stuffit Expander seems able to decode them whereas neither the built-in Windows XP zip decoder nor other third-party programs I tried could.

I had no problems when using the Zip support built in to Windows 7...

Windows Vista built-in unzipper worked fine too. But Logos should have used a more widely compatible zip format. Others have had problems unzipping the files with other third party unzippers.

John, try using Stuffit Expander (free download). It seems to be the only unzipper capable of handling all the files. There's a Mac version.

Just wanted to let you know that we are looking into the problems with the zip files. We have posted a new version of the Hebrew-v2 file - you can access it the same way as the old one, through your account. Customers seem to be having different experiences with the files, so we are currently trying to determine if the problem is with the files themselves or the download process.

Reuben, I don't think it's the download process, since the files I downloaded that were reported corrupted by the XP decoder worked fine when decoded with Stuffit Expander. FWIW.

We just uploaded new versions of the Greek zips part 1 and 2. We compressed them with a different utility. Let us know if these newly compressed files work better for you. If you would prefer discs just email us at greekhebrewvideos@logos.com they will be ready around mid-December.

I just downloaded the Hebrew videos and still have a problem with videos 10 and 11 but 9 worked this time! I'm having the same issue with an offset for the file location.
Using WinZip 14.5.

I downloaded the new Hebrew videos (using Internet Explorer 9, 64-bit), and opening then with Winzip 15. I have the same problem as Richard (files 10 and 11).
Error in file #2: bad Zip file offset (Error local header signature not found): disk #1 offset: 75208630
Error in file #3: bad Zip file offset (Error local header signature not found): disk #1 offset: 122875696I don't have problems if I extract the files using the built-in Windows utility.

About :21 and :22 seconds into the Greek3-Context video, there is some artifacting on the screen that distorts the picture - for about 2 seconds. I checked the older version of the video from the weekend, and it artifacts in the exact same place, so I assume that's on the master and is a distortion of the original video.
