Help with a gift purchase

My mother purchased a Logos book for me.  I think the sales/support staff made a mistake.  Instead of attaching it to my account, they appear to have created a new account for her.  Am I correct in assuming that this wasn't the correct procedure?  I can't figure out how to load the book into my version of the software.  I have logged in as her via and tried to download the lbxlls file directly, but that doesn't seem to be working.  After the download appears to complete Firefox displays an error that it is an invalid .part file.  I've tried several times and get the same error every time.

Any help?

I don't think anyone outside of Logos can solve this problem. As you said it seems a mistake was made. If you are using Logos 4 and the book was added to your account it should download automatically.

Since Logos is closed right now, you'll need to call them in the morning.

Thanks Mark.  That was my suspicion but I was hoping I was just doing something wrong.  I'll call them tomorrow and get it worked out.
