I'm not aware of any chronological Bibles in Logos, but you you want to take a look at Footsteps Through the Bible: A 52-Week Chronological Reading Plan and Study Reference. It's part of the "John Hunt Desk Reference Collection:"

...Chronological Bibles...
Just start reading from the beginning (Genesis)...hehehe. Or just read the NT. I read the NT last week in one day during a day off I had. Some may think you don't really learn as much by just reading through, but since I work in the ministry, I did gain a lot. Just keep paper and pen to jot down some of the important verses that you come across with and you go over them later. Trust me (or not) all the questions about "where IS that passage?" start getting answered when you start reading. By the way, I have a friend that read the NT in one sitting along with his wife and it took his wife 3hrs and 50mins to read through the NT. It took him longer because he said he's not a fast reader as his wife is...by the way, he didn't say how long it took HIM to read...lol... He was just amazed at the time it took his wife to read it.............hmmmm.....are women faster readers than men?
Anyway, Dear Logos....We need a chronological Bible in Logos format... ;-)
Blessings!

I've been reading through the Bible on a 6 month plan and it has been a huge blessing. (as a side, until the features present in L4 I always fell short of my plan. It's ability to adjust easily helped me stick with the plan.) Here's some guilt and confession. Yesterday while it was snowing I watched 3 movies (Horatio Hornblower). I did read a good book as well (Things that matter; David Jeremiah), And I preached in the morning, but that was still a LOT of time that had no value returned for the Lord. One movie to unwind is understandable but I think I could have done better.

She probably used the Message Bible.

Hello !
I have built a One Year Chronological Bible Personal Book, based on the NLT One Year Chronological Bible Reading Plan.
It can be a valuable companion to the Chronological Life Application Study Bible Notes :
https://www.logos.com/product/256529/chronological-life-application-study-bible-notesAs the personal book is built as a Bible Harmony, it works with any Bible version; you can select the desired Bible version.
You can also enter any Bible reference, and it will go to the relevant section.
Hope this One Year Chronological Bible Personal Book will be useful ! Note that Personal Books only work in Logos Desktop.2110.One Year Chronological Bible.docx
Open the Personal Books tool in Logos, then add a new personal book and configure it as follows (select a picture to your taste) :

How can I get this plan to work on Mobile

Hello Lukas,
Unfortunately, Personal Books only work on Logos Desktop. Not Mobile or Web.
Two alternatives :
1. Create a new Reading Plan on Logos Desktop. Go to Logos Documents, Public, filter for Reading Plans, and search "NLT".
You should see the "NLT 1-Year Chronological Bible Plan". Select it and choose "Add to your docs".
Then open it in your Logos documents, and start the Reading Plan. The Reading Plan will be available on Mobile.2. Alternatively, purchase the NLT Chronological Bible (including the chronological Bible text) as an eBook at Kindle or Olive Tree.

or :
https://www.amazon.fr/Chronological-Application-Study-Second-English-ebook/dp/B0BWZX4661This is what I've done.

I can only find the old version on Olive tree. If I do the one you mentioned above will it be the same harmony of the Gospels as the physical NLT version has.

Have done the reading plan as mentioned, is it possible to have it in different translation?

I can speak for the Kindle versions that I own :
https://www.amazon.fr/Year-Chronological-Study-Bible-English-ebook/dp/B09TQ3MHWB
This is the exact same chronological harmony as the personal book I shared. It is also the same as the NLT chronological reading plan that you are using. It is basically the NLT Bible text in chronological order, with just a few extra notes, but not much.https://www.amazon.fr/Chronological-Application-Study-Second-English-ebook/dp/B0BWZX4661
This is the same chronological content and harmony compared to the physical NLT Chronological Life Application Study Bible. Same content.
The chronological harmony is pretty much identical to the previous one, but a bit less detailed. E.g. it does not mix similar passages from Chronicles with the Genesis readings. On the other hand it has a wealth of introductions, timelines, charts, notes. Quite a different product.0 -

I'm not sure how that works exactly in Logos. I did not use much Logos reading plans so far.
It seems that your default Bible is set for the reading plan at the moment that you create it, and I did not see an easy way to change it afterwards (on Mobile).
If it's not the version you want, I believe you need to create another reading plan. But maybe I'm wrong and others will correct me.
You can also refer to Logos help and trainings for the reading plans.0 -
Thank you, have made a new plan with my preferred Bible and it worked. Do you know if there is a plan like this that includes an Old Testament and New Testament reading in a day.

I’m not sure as it defeats a bit the purpose of Bible chronological reading from start to end. But you could alternate with 2 daily readings in OT, then 1 daily reading in NT, etc.

Many thanks to Mark Barnes for the original Chronological Bible personal book (uses a different chronological harmony, from https://www.backtothebible.org/chronological-reading-plan) !

UPDATE
I noticed a few incorrect passages. Here is a fixed version of the One Year Chronological Bible Personal Book.
Please update your own personal book with this new corrected document.6278.One Year Chronological Bible.docx
If you notice any further mistakes or typos, please report them in this thread. I will check from time to time.

P.S:
In addition, note that it is possible to compile the One Year Chronological Bible Personal Book as a type "Calendar devotional", and add a shortcut for it in Logos Desktop home page. When clicking on the shortcut from the home page, the matching reading for the current calendar date will automatically be opened.

Thank you, how do we update, or should we just delete that book and add a new one. Have you tried the Calendar way yourself, if so how does it work for you instead of making it a reading plan.

In 15 years, an actual chronological Bible in Logos hasn't been pointed out... Here is one:
The Whole Bible Story: Everything That Happens in the Bible in Plain English | Logos Bible Software
Would have been nice as a Logos edition, but I'm only aware of this ebook.
Here's a screenshot with a bit of content:

Famille is there a possibility that you could upload this so that I am able to use it on mobile reading plan.

To update your existing personal book, open the personal book tool, select your One Year Chronological Bible personal book.
Right-click on the Word document currently referred and select "Delete". Then add the new Word document.
Compile your personal book again. If you struggle with this, simply delete the previous personal book and create a new one.

Famille thank you. I will much appreciate it. Or if you can tell me how to add you new document onto public myself as a reading plan, then I can try do that.

Hello Lukas,
My document is not a reading plan. It is a personal book. So it cannot be used as a reading plan in Logos.
The reading plan you are using on Mobile is not from me.
In fact, my personal book is a conversion of the reading plan into a personal book, with adaptatiions, to provide a different experience in Logos Desktop. But as it is a personal book, it only works in Logos Desktop.0 -
In 15 years, an actual chronological Bible in Logos hasn't been pointed out... Here is one:
The Whole Bible Story: Everything That Happens in the Bible in Plain English | Logos Bible SoftwareI found another one when searching Logos for chronological Bibles, but I don't know it at all, so I cannot comment what it's like :

Famille I am using your book to make a reading plan for me. But what I have noticed is that where the New Testament starts, some does not make sense to me. It is on the very first reading of the New Testament, it goes like this Mark 1:1, Luke 1:1-4, John 1:1-18, now here is where my head spins. It uses Luke 3:23-38 where Jesus was 30 when his ministry started and was baptize, then it goes to the next reading Luke 1:5-38, now this is the section where the birth of John the baptizer is mentioned. So how can this be after when Jesus is already grown but John not even born.

This is how the NLT One Year Chronological Bible is designed (and this arrangement is not my design).
Here is the logic, according to the titles from that Bible :The Beginning of the Good News
Mark 1:1aThe Record of Jesus's Ancestors
Matthew 1:1-17
Luke 3:23b-38The Birth of John the Baptist Foretold
Luke 1:5-25
The Birth of Jesus Foretold
Luke 1:26-38As always with Chronological Bibles, there are some choices made by the editors on how to arrange the text that you can debate. But there is some logic behind to tell the Bible story.
I hope this helps.0 -
UPDATE
Here is an updated version where the reference of Jesus genealogy is updated to Luke 3:23b-38. This clarifies a bit, although Logos can only display the full verse 23.
Don’t hesitate to report other similar cases if you spot them.

UPDATE
- Includes the chapters Numbers 6-10.
- Removes the reference to Jesus genealogy in Luke 3:23b-38 in the beginning of the New Testament readings, which can be misleading.(similar to https://www.bible.com/fr/reading-plans/10819)

FYI, see this thread on how to sync the Chronological Bible with commentaries.
