The email that I got said: 

 

"To request a new DVD, please verify that the shipping address in your account is correct, and then send an email with your name to greekhebrewvideos@logos.com prior to Friday, December 3, 2010. Your DVD will ship in mid-December."

 

I made the request the same day, and so far have not heard back or seen the new DVDs

Thanks Mark, I sent my email request the same day I got their email. I have emailed support and will see what they have to say.

I emailed support and they re-submitted my request to for replacement DVDs, no explanation as to why they didn't heed my original email and I am not really concerned. But for those of you who have not received your DVDs yet, I would suggest an email to support@logos.com as appropriate.
