Each time I start Logos, the icon comes up saying that Logos is indexing my library however, it quickly disappears, after maybe 20 or 30 seconds.

I wouldn't be as concerned about this except that I cannot do any searches. There is a line at the top of the search result page which says, "Some search results may be missing or incorrect while your library is being  indexed." When I do searches, nothing comes up, even though it tells me that I have results. 

Anyone have any ideas about this? Here's a picture of the results I get when I try to do searches (the same thing happens with Bible searches, and Basic searches turn up a similar result as well).

There is an error in the Indexer log. I'll submit the log to development.

Update:  This will be fixed in 4.2a SR-1 which will be released today.

I seem to have this problem as well and I thought I got the new version this morning?  Tried to get error log but just crashed my machine, starting over from complete reboot.  Will let you know.
