For L3, the bulk of the files will be found in C:\program files\Libronix\Resources
For L4 by default everything is contained in c:\users\<username>\appdata\Local\Logos4

The Logos 4 installation defaults to
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Logos4 [Vista/Win7]C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Local Settings\Application Data\Logos4 [XP]
The AppData folder is hidden so you might need to enable viewing of hidden files and folders in your folder options. If you backup the Logos 4 folder you'll have everything backed up.
