Can I use Reftagger in Word or do I have to create a blog?
I write Bible studies and sermons and would like be able to hover over the text in Word. The closest thing I've found is uploading it to a private blog.

Reftagger supports websites only. Logos SmartTags works in Word, though it doesn't have quite the same functionality.
