Jeff do you have the indexer log or crash dump? This will have more relevant details to your problem.

Jeff,
I did some searching and I found this error mentioned in relation to a bad edition of the HCSB. I thought it had been corrected but perhaps you slipped through the cracks. Here's something to try
- Open you Program settings and hide the Holman Christian Standard Bible
- Restart Logos, issue the command Rebuild Bible index
- When complete unhide HCSB, let it download and index normally
Hopefully this will get you up and running, if not then perhaps someone else can help.

It was corrected in 4.2a SR-4, but the fix has not been made available in the 4.3 Beta releases yet. Upgrading to 4.3 Beta 3 should install the latest code that addresses this problem.

Jeff, please include the indexer log (not just the crash txt), since it's the indexer that's crashing.
EDIT: Just checked your crash.txt file. Usually these don't tell us much. This indicates an error with a file already in use. This may be caused by real time scanning by an anti-virus program. Try disabling real time (AKA on demand), and/or background scanning of the Logos4 directory and subdirectories and see if this fixes it.

Thanks Bradley.
I posted my crash and log files before I read your response.
Just updated to 4.3 B3, and no crashes up to this point. I'll post if that changes.
Thanks for your help.
(By the way, L4 is loading so much quicker - don't know if that is because of changes you guys have made...but if so, THANK YOU!)
