4.3 Beta 3 Intermittent Reading Plan issue after Read Aloud + File menu pop-up blocker

Logos 4.2a SR-5 and Logos 4.3 Beta 3 have an intermittent Reading Plan issue after using Read Aloud for couple chapters: can click "Mark Read", but nothing appears to happen:
After restarting Logos 4.3 Beta 3, noticed Reading Plan updated:
While trying to open Reading Plan in a floating window, File menu can have a "pop-up" blocker:

We'll try to reproduce here. Thanks.
Update: I wasn't able to reproduce the Mark Read issue. When I clicked Mark Read after Read Aloud read the 3 chapters for today, the visual filter disappeared and the read aloud continued. On your Mac is the Mark Read visual filter not going away after you click it? Are you disabling Read Aloud first, and then clicking on Mark Read?
I was able to reproduce the tooltip issue on the File menu and will submit that report.

Sometimes does not go away, tried clicking "Mark Read" several times with no visible change so captured screen shot. After Logos 4 Mac quit and launch, reading plan looked fine. Also have been unable to replicate consistently, but has happened several times on different days. Also, Read Aloud skips speaking words at times. Restarting Logos 4 Mac typically fixes Read Aloud (as well). Seems Read Aloud with Reading Plan has intermittent puzzling quirks.
My wife is using a printed Reading Plan with chapters to check; she likes Read Aloud. After listening to printed chapter list, she marks reading plan in Logos 4 Mac, which has different chapter and verse breaks than printed plan from a Bible College and Seminary. The Logos 4 reading plans were created with same time frame and passages as printed plan. Wish Reading Plan creation had option for whole chapters and pericopes.

Pop-up tool tip in File menu is nice, wish would disappear when right click pressed.

Could you remind me of your Mac OS and hardware specs? Are there any programs scanning or backing up in the background while Logos 4 is running?

Mac OS X 10.6.7 running on 2007 model iMac with 2.4 GHz Intel Core 4 Duo. Time Machine runs hourly (plan to discuss with my wife; wonder if Time Machine causing intermittent issues).

Logos 4.3 Beta 4 update about Reading Plan - behavior now consistent. My wife described clicking "Mark Read", but screen not change until scroll in a Bible.
Opened Reading Plan in a floating window, then right click on Date, followed by "Mark As Unread":
Closed Reading Plan, then clicked "Mark Read" in ESV, followed by opening Reading Plan and resizing floating window for screen shot:
Also can replicate "Tool tip" blocker in Logos 4.3 Beta 4 (bug report already submitted).
Thankful for Read Aloud sound improvements, my wife is [:D]

Thanks for the additional repro steps. In trying to reproduce, using any of the methods to mark as read (click on Mark Read in resource, click in day/date checkbox in Reading Plan list, or right-click on day/date and choose Mark as Read), I'm finding that the change to the Start Reading visual filter for the day doesn't appear instantly. It takes about 4 seconds on my system, and could possibly be longer or shorter on different systems. In Windows, it takes 2-4 seconds. Is it possible that you're scrolling in the Bible before it has a chance to change?

No, after waiting many seconds with no visual filter display change, scroll some in adjacent panel, then see reading plan visual filter change.
After clicking "Mark Read" was able to leisurely open reading plan in a floating window, resize floating window couple times, then capture screen shot. Visual Filter did not change until did something in Logos Bible Software 4 window.

Okay, we'll look into it further. It may help to have a log of the behavior. Thanks.

Screen shots were taken at 09:44 AM and 09:47 AM locally, attached corresponding Logos4.log file: 7610.Logos4.log.zip
By the way, log messages bit more verbose than default. After 4.3 Beta 4 installation, copied, then edited a file, followed by diff command to verify changes:
> <logger name="GrammarPathLogger" minlevel="Info" writeTo="console" final="true"/>
> <logger name="DataTypeManager" minlevel="Info" writeTo="console" final="true"/>

After reading => BUG: STOP READING / START READING visual markup keep falling out of sync across multi-monitors , discussed my wife's use of Read Aloud with her reading plan. This morning took over 30 minutes for Stop and Start reading visual filter change to display in Bible resource after clicking "Mark Read" using Logos 4.3 Beta 13 without diagnostic logging (upgraded her stable 4.2b SR-1 installation to 4.3 Beta 11 couple weeks ago).

After my wife used read aloud for 3 reading plans this morning, clicking "Mark Read" in Logos 4.3 Release Candidate 2 (in 3rd reading plan, which is in Old Testament) did not update visual filter. Since visual filter not change, noticed several clicks done; also tried scrolling down and up to refresh ESV display, but did not help. Updated layout to current snapshot, closed Logos 4.3 RC 2, then opened. The Old Testament was positioned to beginning of today's reading instead of end (which was on screen when layout updated); scrolling down, then clicking "Mark Read" was followed by visual filter change and positioning.

At times, Logos 4.3 "Gold" needs to be restarted for "Mark Read" visual filter change to appear in Old Testament (with reading plan showing checked).
